The Nest Restaurant
The Nest Restaurant is owned by Squamish local Graham Kuerbis and is under the management of Adrienne Wheaton. Red Seal Chef Natasha Koorbatoff leads our talented culinary team. Since opening the doors five years ago, The Nest has become an award-winning favourite and is dedicated to providing the area's best in dining and service. The Nest's diverse menu offers something for every taste, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices. We make our own pasta, bake our own bread, and create divine desserts in-house. Simply put, we offer fresh, local, inspired dining!
We are inspired by local farmers and producers and this is showcased in our 2 or 3 course "Local & Seasonal Menu" featured each weekend. We source the freshest ingredients and turn them into something tantalizing.

Our cozy, relaxed 70 seat dining room features the work of contemporary, local artists, while our 30 seat covered patio with a beautiful river rock fireplace makes outdoor dining possible in any season.
We offer take-out and delivery on every item and can make your next function a breeze with our group menus for 10-100 people.
The Nest is wheelchair accessible with plenty of free parking.
We also offer gluten-free pasta, pizza, and dessert.
We are open Wednesday through Monday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. Closed on Tuesday.
